Step 1 – VIRTUAL HOME TOURS. We provide virtual home tours to assist you with previewing a home prior to your arrival in Lake Havasu City. Sometimes when you see a home online, you want a 2nd set of eyes on it before making travel arrangements or putting in an offer site unseen. We provide virtual tours based on whatever media you are most comfortable with whether it be Zoom, Skype, Facetime, DUO or a walk-thru virtual tour sent directly to you. You can electronically sign documents from any location on your computer, iphone or tablet. When it comes time for closing, you do not have to literally be in Lake Havasu City if the timing is not good for you. A notary can be sent from the Title Agency to you direct to sign.
